Teespring – Easy Fundraising for All

October 30, 2013 By Patti

Teespring allows you to create & sell custom tees with zero upfront costs, and zero risk.

If you would like to create custom clothing for schools, community events or charities then you should make your way straight over to Teespring.

Usually you would have to pay out thousands of dollars to have clothing printed and guess how many of which sizes & colors you need. You have to keep your fingers crossed that you don’t have loads left over and end up with a deficit and when you receive your clothing you have to deliver them and collect the cash – all of which is time consuming.

But now there is a better way – Teespring. Teespring allows you to turn your tee-shirt concept into reality. You finalize your design using their incredibly simple website and then everyone goes to the website, pays online and can have the clothing delivered straight to their door.

You can set the price of the shirts, your ‘tipping point’ (the number of shirts that must be ordered before they begin printing) and the length of time they will be on sale. Once you have set your details you can share your campaign page on Facebook, Twitter, E-Mail or on your website.

Profits are sent directly to you at the end of the campaign and all of your customers get a great, high quality shirt for your fund raising campaign.
You don’t have to stick with tee-shirts either. You can have long sleeve tees, relaxed fit, V-neck, hoodies – the list goes on – as does the range of colors.

You can upload any artwork, logos or photo that you already have or use one of Teesprings 10,000+ items in their free art work library. You can add text and can further personalize the back of the clothing if you would like to. Once you have designed your item you launch a campaign page where you can send your supporters to buy their tee-shirts.

You can see how simple the whole process is here in the Teespring video.

To try out the system I went to the Teespring page, designed a tee and published a campaign in under ten minutes. It would have been even quicker if I hadn’t spent about 8 of those minutes browsing their extensive art library.

I have already persuaded our sons Air Cadets group, our daughters school and the school Parent Teacher Committee to try Teespring out. You can see our Air Cadets campaign here. My neighbor will be using them for her church group and the charity my son volunteers for will be swapping to Teespring for their volunteers shirts.

I cannot recommend Teespring highly enough and I would encourage everyone to visit their website and discover just how easy fundraising through clothing can be!
